PURPOSE:To reduce the load on a program of a service processor and to improve workability and operability by providing a scan address converting means to the interface of the service processor. CONSTITUTION:A scan address inputted by a program of the service processor SVP is set up in an address register SAR-11. An address switching circuit MPX- 14 selects a scan address set up in the SAR-11 or an indirect address register IDAR13 and inputs the set scan address to a ROM-15 and inputs the set scan address to a ROM15. Scanning data are set up in the DR12 and the scan address inputted to the ROM-15 is specified. A corresponding address convertion table is read out and its converted scan address through a common address bus 5 and scanning data set up in the DR12 are sent to respective block sides. |
