<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat-dissipation characteristics, and to eliminate the deterioration of characteristics due to the strain of a core by dissipating heat generated from a secondary winding into the outside air through a radiator fin formed to a core case housing the core and fixing a transformer proper to a support by utilizing the radiator fin. CONSTITUTION:Fins 11a for mounting and mounting seats 13 erected and fitted on a flange 6b for a support 6 are fixed by insulating bolts, nuts, etc. in a transformer proper 5. However, insulators 14 for preventing one turn are inserted among the fins 11a for mounting and the mounting seats 13. Three surfaces except the upper surface of a core case 12 housing a core 1 are formed by metallic surfaces 12a, and the residual upper surface is shaped to a rectangle consisting of an insulator 12b. Accordingly, heat generated in a secondary winding 3 by copper loss is dissipated into the outside air from the outer surface of a surface 4 on the side close by the outside of the transformer proper 5 and transmitted by the path of a core case 12 and fins 11 and dissipated into the outside air on the side close by the core case 12, thus obtaining the titled transformer having extremely excellent heat-dissipation characteristics.</p> |
