PURPOSE:To prevent the fluctuation of oil level due to the deformation of a tank side plate, the quantity of sealed-in oil is economized and the insulation of an apparatus is completely maintained using a small quantity of insulating oil, and to obtain a stabilized cooling effect at all times by a method wherein a push-out part is provided at the straight side part of the side plate located in the middle of a corrugated rib, and the rigidity of the straight side part is enhanced. CONSTITUTION:A tank side plate 3 is formed by continuously bending a thin steel plate, a number of corrugated ribs 2 are provided, and a reinforcement push-out part 11 is provided by performing a throttling work on the straight side part 10 of the side plate located in the middle of the corrugated ribs 2. Said tank side plate 3 is coupled with the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 at a welding part 6, and the tank 1 to be used for an oil immersed electric apparatus is constituted. The closed upper and the lower end parts 2a of the corrugated ribs 2 are airtightly sealed by welding, and a bag-shaped oil passage 9 is formed inside the side plate 3. The work on the push-out part 11 can be performed simultaneously with the bending work of the corrugated ribs 2, but the work may be performed separately. As the straight side part 10 of the side plate has a much longer vertical length than the width in horizontal direction, the push-out part 11 is formed in such a manner that the modulus of cross-section of horizontal cross-section is enlarged in order to enhance the rigidity of that part. |
