PURPOSE:To facilitate automatic adjustment of inductance value by winding in circular a wire material having the thermoplastic upper film, heating and fusing the films for combining them, vertically erecting obtained coil on a printed circuit board and deforming the coil from circular form through application of lateral force. CONSTITUTION:A coil 5 is formed by winding in circular the polyurethane copper wire having the thermoplastic upper film and it is then heated for fusing the upper films in order to combine them. This coil 5 is vertically erected on a printed circuit board 2, both legs 5a, 5b are extruded from the rear surface through the substrate 2 and these are fixed and connected to a conductive pattern 4 using solder 3. The coil 5 is thus formed, a force is applied in lateral in order to deform the coil to non-circular form such as ellipse from a circular form. Thereby, an inductance value can be adjusted. In this case, since a force is applied in the linear direction, automatic adjustment can be executed easily and if deformation becomes excessive, it can be compensated by applying a force in the reverse direction, realizing reversible adjustment. |
