PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimal storage part from a plurality of storage parts so as to suppress the deterioration of performance in access when preparing a table in an information processor equipped with a plurality of storage parts. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: a plurality of storage parts 101 as a secondary storage medium; an access information storage part 109 for storing access information as information relating to access to each of the plurality of storage parts 101; an input accepting part 102 for accepting an instruction to generate a table; a table arrangement deciding part 110 for deciding the storage part 101 where the table is arranged based on access information; and a table generating part 111 for generating the table in the storage part 101 decided by the table arrangement deciding part 110.
