PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a magnetic disk loading device so as to reduce the size and weight of the device, by providing the 2nd holder in one guide of the 1st holder under a condition where the 2nd holder can turn by a prescribed angle and guiding a disk pack with the other guide of the 1st holder and 2nd holder. CONSTITUTION:The 1st holder 61 is smaller in size than a chassis 51 and has a nearly square shape. A space 61b for loading a disk pack 5 is formed in such a way that the bottom side of the 1st holder 61 is bent in the shape of a groove toward the chassis 51 and a bent section 61a is formed and the top edge is also bent perpendicularly and a standing wall 61c is formed. Supporting shafts 67a and 67b are fixed on the same axis at the left side end sections of the standing wall 61c and bent section 61a and the holder 61 is supported by the chassis 51 freely turnable. Moreover, the 2nd holder 72 is supported by a supporting shaft 71 planted at the left-hand side of the standing wall 61c freely turnable, with the supporting shaft 71 acting as a fulcrum and the disk pack 5 can be guided by a guide installed to the 2nd holder 72 and the bent section 61a of the 1st holder 61.
