PURPOSE:To select small thermal capacity of a resistor and a transistor by switching a brake torque current command limit value to a large value only when necessary to flow a large control current at abrupt braking or stopping time. CONSTITUTION:A torque current command limiter 19 with limit value switch inputs a limit operation mode selection mode select signal RVS output from a manual unit at abrupt deceleration braking time and switch the limit side current command limit value to a large value I0 when the signal RVS becomes ON and to zero when the signal RVS is OFF (at not abrupt deceleration time). Thus, the thermal capacity of the resistor and the transistor can be selected to small value by switching the limit side torque current command limit value to a large value only when necessary to flow a large brake current at abrupt braking or stopping time. |
