摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to reduce supercooling phenomenon, by adding nitro-trisodium triacetate monohydrate to a rich solution of sodium acetate trihydrate, in a heat accumulation material which absorbs comparatively low energy, such as solar heat. CONSTITUTION:As for a heat accumulation material, 0.2-5.0wt% nitro-trisodium triacetate monohydrate is added as crystal nucleus product to a rich solvent obtained by adding 2.0-12.0wt% water to sodium acetate trihydrate and kalion, diatom earth and bentnite are added further. Then, when an additive quantity of water is made less than 2.0% even dissolution becomes difficult, and when 12.0% or more of the same is added a latent heat quantity per unit weight becomes small. When the nitro-trisodium triacetate monohydrate is made 0.2% or below it is dissolved into a solution at the time of melting and does not act as crystal nucleus any more. With this constitution, an extent of supercooling phenomenon becomes about 1.3-2.2 deg.C and a quantity of latent heat for solidification becomes as large as about 44-58cal/g, which is quite favourable for heating.
