PURPOSE:To obtain enough mixing of air and fuel gas, and improve stability of combustion by a method wherein an air induction pipe is connected to a combustion chamber at a place so as to shift toward the outside from a center axis. CONSTITUTION:The sir induction pipe 2 for the combustion chamber 5 is connected to the place so as to shift toward the outside of the center axis in the combustion chamber 5, it is suited to locate to the rear portion and a tangent direction thereof. The supplying pipe 4 of the fuel gas is connected to the air induction pipe 2 of the vicinity of the combustion chamber 5 located at the outside thereof, it is suited to connect to the air induction pipe at a right angle. The fuel gas and the air are twisted at the same direction in the combustion chamber 5, further, D/d, that is, the ratio for the diameter D of the combustion chamber and the diameter (d) of the air induction pipe is 2 or more. According to this method, the ratio of the air and the fuel are controlled in the best condition and this is a ratio range so as not to generate oxidized gas while combustion rage is wide, the stable combustion and the low-cost pulse combustion burner may be obtained without an unignition and an accident fire. |
