PURPOSE:To prevent defective processing, etc. by providing a mechanism for detecting the processing position of the processing region on the side where a gantry faces and providing an interlock mechanism for the next working region. CONSTITUTION:A dog 15 for detecting the working position is provided to the gantry 11 and limit switches 16, 17, 18 are disposed on a table 10 side. The working region and the present position of the beam are discriminated with the center line of works 8, 9 as reference when the switches 16, 17, 18 are wired. Any of the switches 16, 17, 18 is always on if the gantry 11 is in the working region of the work 9. The signal goes off when the gantry 11 exceeds the central point and comes to the region of the work 8. An emergency stop signal is programmed for abnormality when the gantry 11 transfers to the other region. The defective working and the trouble such as the contact of a head and the work are prevented by the above-mentioned method. |
