PURPOSE:To increase the starting torque without deteriorating various characteristics by coupling both pole pieces by intermediate pole pieces when bending the first and second pole pieces from the ends of concentrically wound coils to form a core. CONSTITUTION:Coils 2 are concentrically wound on a shaft core, pole cores 10, 11 are mounted on both ends, and the first and second pole pieces 10a, 11a and 10b, 11b are respectively bend from the peripheral edges to the outer periphery of the coils 2. In this case, at least the ends of the first and second pieces (10a-10b, 11a-11b) are coupled integrally by intermediate pole pieces 10c, 11c. Thus, since the trough of the bi-crest characteristics of the starting torque can be enhanced, the starting torque at the energizing time can be increased. |
