PURPOSE:To take out wire material piece by piece automatically, by forming an inverted V-flutelike positioning groove in a lower surface of a taking-up block, while installing a pushing-up block in a lower part of this block, and making both these blocks free of movement in a close range. CONSTITUTION:An inverted V-flutelike positioning groove 2 is formed in a lower surface of a taking-up block 1, while a chuck 3 being divided into both sides at the center of this groove 2 and free of opening or closing is installed in an upper part of the said groove 2. In addition, a pushing-up block 4 is installed in a lower part of the taking-up block 1, and both these blocks are installed free of movement in a close range between top and bottom. When a bundle of wire materials 13 is pushed up to the inside of the positioning groove 2 by the pushing-up block 4, one piece of these wire materials 13 alone is positioned at the center inside the inverted V-flutelike positioning groove 2. Under this condition, the chuck 3 is opened or closed, grasping the wire material 13, whereby one piece along among plural wire materials 13 can be taken out. |
