PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit which can make the signal delaying characteristic with a positive temperature coefficient. SOLUTION: The delay circuit comprises: a delay time setting circuit DC10 for setting a delay time of an output signal with respect to an input signal; a first transistor STr10 which is connected to an input terminal Din10 of the delay time setting circuit DC10 and sets the input terminal Din10 of the delay time setting circuit DC10 to a first voltage; and a second transistor RTr10 which is connected to an output terminal Dout10 of the delay time setting circuit DC10 and resets the output of the delay time setting circuit DC10 to a second voltage and cancels the resetting of the output terminal Dout10 of the delay time setting circuit DC10 after the first voltage is set.
