摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a difference of the level of a silk printing boundary by applying silk printing to selected points of metal shaft material surface with epoxy ink enhance external appearance, and perform required plating to a portion except where printing is applied and finally a top coat all over the surface, thereby eliminating the generation of inferior products. CONSTITUTION:Color silk printing is applied with epoxy ink to part of the metal shaft material 1 surface and primary nickel or copper plating is applied to a portion except a silk printing layer 5. Further cold plating is applied to the surface of the primary plated layer 2 and finally a top coat is formed on the surface of the silk printed layer 5 and the secondary gold-plated layer 3. Thus a level difference caused by the thickness of ink on the surface of the metal shaft 1 is eliminated and subsequently, any causes for stripping, etc. by the catching of nail. At the same time, the quality of external appearance is improved. Also an overcoat is no longer required, resulting in decreased manhour and cost saving. Dust settlement is almost eliminated. In this way, the occurrence rate of rejects is reduced.
