PURPOSE:To remove the influence of constant variation on each circuit from an input recording and to realize an IC implementation by containing an emphasis circuit, a color converter and a filter circuit in an ACC loop. CONSTITUTION:A record video signal is supplied to a changeover switch 2 and a comb-line filter 6, in which it is separated to be led in an ACC amplifier 9 through a changeover switch 8. An ACC output is derivated as a recording chroma signal REC-C through a burst emphasis circuit 12, a color convertor 13, a trap filter 14 and an LPF 15. While, an output of the LPE 15 is feedback to an ACC detector 11 via a changeover switch 23. At the tine of reproduction, a reproduced chroma signal is given to the convertor 13 via the switch 8, the amplifier 9 and the circuit 12, and the signal of 3.58MHz is derivated as the reproduced chroma signal via the switch 2, the filter 6, a color inverter 21 and the switch 23. An output of the inverter 21 is feedback to the detector 11 to form ACC control voltage.
