PURPOSE:To prevent a lowering of the suction efficiency and shocking pulsations of a diaphragm pump, so as to make the pump can be operated efficiently, and to raise the durability of the diaphragm, by setting a pressurized pump at the diaphragm pump which is used to send with pressure a fluid of high viscosity, such as a paint. CONSTITUTION:The first pump 7 as a pressurized pump, which has a diaphragm 16 of bigger size in its diameter, and the second pump 8 which has a diaphragm 16' of smaller size in its diameter, are connectedly set in series. These diaphragms 16, 16' of the pumps 7, 8 are driven by pistons 12, 12' respectively, through oil pressure, and the running process of the first pump 7 and that of the second pump 8 are shifted mutually for an angle of 180 deg.. Then, the fluid sending device is constituted as when a fluid is discharged at the discharge process of the first pump 7, this discharged fluid is fed simultaneously to the second pump 8 which is conditioned as to be the suction process, and at the next process, the fluid is discharged from the second pump 8 to the needed place. |
