<p>PURPOSE:To substantially improve the throughput of recording paper, by providing a conveyance control means which conveys the following recording medium, successively fed in accordance with a selected condition of plural paper feed and paper discharge means and a conveyance condition of the recording medium, to any one of the paper discharge means. CONSTITUTION:If a printer receives picture information from an external device 5, a conveyance control means 6, interpreting the mode select data, outputs a command of feeding recording paper of desired size from any of the paper feed means 1. Correspondingly, the recording paper, fed in a predetermined interval, successively forms a picture. While the conveyance control means 6, in accordance with the mode select data and a recording paper conveyance condition detected by a conveyance condition detecting means 4, feeds a command of discharging the recording paper for any paper discharge part of the paper discharge means 1 or for an intermediate paper-feed/paper discharge means 3 for forming a picture in both surfaces. And the recording paper, finishing the picture to be formed, is successively discharged to the paper discharge part receiving said command. In this way, successively interruptable picture forming can be executed.</p> |
