PURPOSE:To perform the positioning and locking of both rails in an accurate manner, by installing a connecting rail for connecting plural handling device frame traveling rails set up in a hold height direction liftably as well as installing a projectable positioning stopper and a locking device in end parts of each traveling rail. CONSTITUTION:Traveling rails 13-15 are installed in adjusting to plural decks 2 and 3 set up in a hold height direction, and a frame truck, where a handling device being free of turning and lifting is installed, is made travelable at will. A part of each of these traveling rails 13-15 is notched in vertical directions, and a connecting rail 16 connecting an interval among these traveling rails is liftably installed. At end parts of these traveling rails 13-15, there are provided with a positioning member 28 being free of projection by operation of an operating link 34 and an expansible piston mechanism 29, and the positioning and locking of these traveling rails 13-15 and the connecting rail 16 are performed in an accurate manner.
