PURPOSE:To prevent goods, a conveyor, or a loading device from damage by providing a pressure fluid supply circuit of a fluid cylinder having a rod equipped with a grasping mechanism with an auxiliary circuit for pressure fluid to drop the above- said rod by its dead load. CONSTITUTION:In a loading device for spool bodies or the like, the pressure fluid circuit of a fluid cylinder 24 having a rod equipped with a grasping mechanism 25 is provided with an auxiliary circuit composed of a 4-port and 2-position switching solenoid valve 32 and others to drop the above-said rod by its dead load. When the cylinder 24 is confirmed to keep the perpendicular state coaxial with a peg on a palet placed on a conveyor C from the slanting state coaxial with a peg projected on a boggie B, SL-2 of 4-port and 3-position switching solenoid valve 26 is on, pressure fluid is sent into a nonreturn valve 33 with a pilot valve, the pilot valve is operated to open the valve 33, and the pressure fluid in an operating chamber (d) of the cylinder 24 is discharged through a discharge pipe 39. Then, the rod of the cylinder 24 is projected by dead loads of a spool body P, the grasping mechanism 25, and the like, and the peg on the pallet placed on the conveyor is inserted into the bobbin of the spool body P. |
