PURPOSE:To attain unified management of a bank register by checking a band changeover command commanded in error due to any case and sending it as the bank changeover command to each band after the adequacy is discriminated. CONSTITUTION:A write control signal writing a bank changeover command to a buffer 6 is used as an interruption signal to start a diagnostic program 53 thereby diagnosing the adequacy of the bank changeover command. The diagnostic program 53 reads the content of the buffer 6 and when the command is discriminated as adequate by referencing a diagnostic table or the like, a shift signal is sent to a bank register 7 to shift the command in the buffer 6 to the bank register 7 and the bank changeover command is sent to each band. A bank changeover program 52 stores a control register or the like after the end of changeover and starts a required program.
