<p>PURPOSE:To write data while packaging a P-ROM chip in a P-ROM card by separating a power source required for writing the data from other power source. CONSTITUTION:There is a wiring pattern in which the peripheral circuit power source voltage of a peripheral circuit 3, the writing voltage Vpp of a P-ROM array 4 and a memory logic power source voltage Vcc are respectively individually supplied from power source pins 2a-2c. When the data is written in a P-ROM chip, a P-ROM writer card 8 is used. The P-ROM card 8 is constituted by a P-ROM writer card peripheral circuit 8a, a writing voltage producing circuit 8b and a P-ROM memory logic power source voltage producing circuit 8c. Thereby, the data can be directly written in the P-ROM chip directly attached to the P-ROM card.</p> |
