发明名称 AUTOMATIC MARKING METHOD FOR WORK WITH BLADE
摘要 PURPOSE:To put the whole operation in a serial automation line by stopping the rotation of an indexing motor when a blade is detected by a positioning sensor, applying a paint by a coating device, and setting an origin at a work. CONSTITUTION:The positioning sensor 6 is provided below the work 2 and when this sensor 6 detects the blade part, its signal is transmitted to the indexing motor 1, which is stopped from rotating. The coating device 9 is provided opposite the positioning sensor 6 across a rotating shaft and when the rotation of the indexing motor 1 is stopped, an air cylinder 8 is driven to press felt 7 against the work 2, thereby applying the paint to the blade. Then, the air cylinder 8 moves back to separate the felt 7 from the work 2 and the driving shaft of the indexing motor 1 is rotated by a half. Consequently, the coated part is sent again to the position where the positioning sensor 6 and a sensor for confirmation judges the quantity of the paint coating; when the coating is normal, air is blown by a dryer 11 to dry the paint.
