PURPOSE:To enable a pallet exchanger to reduce its setting process, by providing a common base plate integrally fixing a pallet turning device and a loading device, which mounts a work to and remove it from a pallet, while fixing said common base plate to a base bed so as to enable a relative position to be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A machine tool fixes a connecting base 21, and its plane 22 fixes a common base plate 50 to which a pallet turning device 30 and a loading device 40 are fixed providing a predetermined distance. Here the machine tool, building the pallet turning device 30 and the loading device 40 setting their relative position to within a permissible error in a manufacture process, completes a setting process only by centering the common base plate 50 with the reference point of a machine table 11. Accordingly, the machine tool, eliminating positioning and centering processes mutually between a machine main unit, pallet turning device and the loading device, enables a pallet exchanger to be promptly centered. While also a machining error of the connecting base can be absorbed by adjusting a common base. |
