CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a screw 5b becomes larger in the shape of enlarging the gap of a slit 5c according to a taper screw 9 progressing in B direction when the taper screw 9 is screwed in the taper screw hole 5d. A nut 10 i completely fixed to a punch 5 with the thread of the screw 5b and the thread of the adjusting nut 10 being closely fitted by the prescribed pressure Then, the whole length L1 of the punch 5 in the shape including the nut 10 is fixed in the state equivalent to the whole length prior to the grinding and the tip 5e thereof is located at adequate position as well.
