PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent mechanical properties such as flexural strength, flexural modulus, etc., heat resistance and vibration- damping properties over a wide temperature range of low to high temp., by blending a polyamider resin with a specified compsn. and mica. CONSTITUTION:20-80wt% tackifying resin (a) such as a coumarone/indene resin, a terpene/phenol resin or a hydrogenated resin (ester resin) is blended with 80-20wt% thermoplastic elastomer (b) well compatible with the component (a), such as a polyamide/rubber copolymer, a polyester-rubber copolymer or an ionomer of a four-component copolymer composed of ethylene, an unsaturated carboxylic acid and its metal salt and its ester to obtain a compsn. (B) having a loss tangent of 0.1 or above in a temperature region of 60-120 deg.C. 90-50pts.wt. polyamidide resin (A) (e.g., nylon 6) is blended with 10-50pts.wt. component B and 5-50pts.wt. (per. 95-50pts.wt. of the combined quantity of the components A and B) mica (C) having a particle size of 200 mesh or below and a weight-average particle size of 80mu or below (if desired, the surface thereof is treated with a silane coupling agent). |
