摘要 PURPOSE:To appropriately execute an applying operation of a mold releasing liquid, etc., by forming an oil transmission quantity control layer consisting of a porous polytetrafluoroethylene film, silicone rubber and mold releasing oil, on the surface of a thick porous structure material. CONSTITUTION:Mold releasing oil is supplied to an oil transmission quantity control layer 18 through a thick porous structure material 4, and by the oil transmission quantity control layer, mold releasing oil is applied to a copying mechanism such as a heating fixing roller 1 or a pressure roller 2. Since the oil transmission quantity control layer is formed by a porous polytetrafluoroethylene film, the applying quantity is controlled, and also, a toner, etc., which have adhered to a roller to be applied are scraped down. As for the thick porous material, in case of that which can be used at about 200 deg.C, it can be adopted suitably, and for instance, carbon fiber felt, glass fiber felt, etc., are available. In this way, a control applying function which has raised its service property and has been stabilized can be displayed.
