PURPOSE:To save a lighting facilities and to reduce the power consumption by using a reader to read an object through the reflection of light irradiated from the lighting device. CONSTITUTION:The object made of a transparent raw material such as a film is loaded on the circumferential face of a cylindrical body of rotation 1 to drive the cylindrical body of rotation 1. The light irradiated from the light device 3 always hold in a state that the light goes straight toward the arrow A, is reflected from a reflecting point (b) on the circumference of the cylindrical body of rotation 1, goes straight toward the arrow B and reaches the reader 4. At the time of the object 5 made of a transparent material such as a film passes through the reflecting point (b), the picture is read sequentially by the reader 4.
