PURPOSE:To preserve perishable foods for a long period, by setting an adsorbent to adsorb harmful aging substances released from the perishable foods for a long period in a refrigerating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A forced filter 30 wherein plural piled steps of plates 32 equipped with 190-580g/m<3> per volume of a refrigerating chamber 2 are set in a pressure air cooling chamber 12 formed through a porous plate 13 at the upper part of the refrigerating chamber 11. Then a cooling unit 21, an outdoor machine 16, an ultrasonic humidifier 26 and a filter 30 are driven, cooling air sent from the unit 21 is dropped through the filter 30 and the porous plate 13 in the refrigerating chamber 11 and the cooling air together with harmful aging substances such as ethylene, volatile basic nitrogen trimethylamine, etc., which are released from animal or vegetable perishable foods preserved in the chamber 11 is introduced to drainboards 23 and a duct 17, sent through an air filter 20, an ethyl alcohol spray device 21, cleaned, fed to the filter 30, passed through an adsorbent plate 32 and the harmful aging substances are adsorbed on the adsorbent. |
