PURPOSE:To smoothly form oil film of a bearing face to the minute angle rocking movement of the bearing part by arranging a guide roller in the oscillating frame, placing a mold and making the guide roller shaft to an eccentric driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the eccentric driving shaft 3 is driven to rotate by output from a motor, the shaft center 32 of the eccentric shaft part 3'' is shifted horizontally by the eccentric distance (e) along a horizontal guide member 7. In the other side, a shaft center 31 of a main shaft part 3' is shifted vertically by the eccentric distance (e) along a guide member 6 or up and down along a curvature, set to the guide member 6. Guide rollers 4 and exciting rollers 5 are moved as the minute angle rocking motion and then the eccentric driving shaft 3 is rotated uniformly. Therefore, the inner wheels of the bearings 16, 17 fitted to the eccentric driving shaft 3 and the outer wheels 5 fitted to the guide rollers 4 and the exciting rollers 5, are moved as rotating relatively, and the oil film of the bearing face is formed normally, and then the service life of the oscillating apparatus is prolonged. |
