PURPOSE:To prevent irregularities of color and discoloration during storage, by containing a specific compound in a coloring reaction system as a developer coloring a color former. CONSTITUTION:A specific compound shown by formula (I) is contained in a coloring reaction system as a developer coloring a color former. As the color former, well-known dyes of various kinds being used in a general pressure sensitive or thermosensible recording paper, etc. may be used without special limitation. The developer and the coloring dye are atomized by using grinding machine, such as a ball mill, attritor, and sand grinder or an appropriate emulsifier added with additional materials of various kinds to meet the purpose, thereby obtaining a coating liquid. The quantity of the specific phenol compound in use depends on the required performance and suitability for recording, not being specified; usually, 1-10pts.wt. of the phenol compound is used to 1pt.wt. of the color forming dye. |
