<p>PURPOSE:To increase flow rate and reduce the dimension of the whole shape by assembling a high speed solenoid valve part and a logic valve part into a body and allowing the control part of the logic valve part and the input port of the high speed solenoid valve part to communicate each other. CONSTITUTION:When the coil of a high-speed solenoid valve part 30A is excited, a spool 37 shifts downward against the force of a return spring 4. The oil in a control chamber 42 is speedily discharged from the out port 32 of a body 30 through the input port 34 of the high speed solenoid valve part 30A, passage 35, output port 36, and a passage 46. The oil introduced through the input port 39 of a logic valve part 30B from the input port 31 of the body 30 raises a poppet 41. Therefore, the input port 39 and the output port 40 of the logic valve part 30B are allowed to communicate, and the above-described oil converges with the oil which flows out from the output port 36 of the high speed solenoid valve part 30A, and is discharged from the output port 32 of the body 30.</p> |
