PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance and strength characteristics of a product by forming a composite Al alloy material of a base metal consisting of an Al alloy contg. specific wt% of Mn, Cr, etc., and solder coating material, etc., consisting of an Al alloy contg. prescribed % of Si, Zn, etc. CONSTITUTION:The base metal consisting of the Al alloy is limited, by wt%, to 0.5-1.2% Mn, 0.05-0.35% Cr, 0.05-1.0% Mg, and the balance Al and impurities and the Cu% to <=0.45%. The solder coating material is formed of the Al alloy consisting of 5-15% Si, 0.2-1.2% Zn and the balance Al and impurities. A sacrificial anode material consisting of the Al alloy contg. 0.05-0.35% Zr is added into the base metal and the alloy contg. 0.10-2.0% Mg or <=1.5% Zn into the coating material. All the above-mentioned composite materials have the excellent corrosion resistance and strength; therefore, both the corrosion resistance and strength characteristics of the product are improved. |
