The invention relates to a device making it possible to increase the effectiveness of pendular piloting of a hang glider in pitch while limiting it, during extreme manoeuvres in pitch-up and in pitch-down. It consists of a block A pivoting around the central longitudinal tube Q of the wing. The upper part of this block is traversed perpendicularly by a shaft whose ends support two rods B. The latter, in their lower part which is limited in deflection E and F, in their turn support a second shaft 2 around which the upper part N of the pod is articulated.
