PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cleaning and wiping, agent, containing an oil selected from vegetable, animal and synthetic oils and propellant, capable of keeping anal peripheral parts clean and preventing the worsening of various symptoms on the anal peripheral parts, such as hemorrhoids or contact dermatitis. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning and wiping agent obtained by blending (A) 40-97wt.% oil, selected from vegetable oils (e.g. jujube oil or olive oil), animal oils (e.g. squalane or lanolin) and synthetic oils (e.g. glycerol ester of a fatty acid) and having preferably >=30cSt viscosity at 20 deg.C and (B) 2-25wt.% propellant (preferably liquefied gas, freon or dimethyl ether) having preferably 1.2-3.5kg/cm<2> vapor pressure at 20 deg.C. The above-mentioned pharmaceutical is preferably filled in a pressure-resistant vessel equipped with a valve button having 0.33-0.55mm stem diameter, 0.33-1.6mm housing diameter and 0.30-0.80mm button jetting port. If an oil having leaving stickiness in use is employed, 0.5-20wt.% silicone oil is used together to eliminate the stickiness.
