PURPOSE:To execute the work of providing a supply water system and supply hot water system simultaneously by forming with flexible composite pipes which put together as one body the flexible supply water pipe and flexible supply hot water pipe the piping channel between a header and each mixed cold and hot water plug. CONSTITUTION:The water drawn in by a supply water pipe from the outside of a building is introduced into a supply hot water device 4. The water is heated by the supply hot water device to become hot water, and the hot water is sent to a header 5A for branching in the building. The hot water is branched in many flows by the header. At the side or in front or at the rear of the header for carrying the hot water a header 5B for supply water from the running water is provided, and each one of two pipes inside of a flexible composite pipe is connected to the branch pipe of those header for supply hot water and header for supply water, and other end of this flexible composite pipe is connected to the mixed cold and hot water plug. This flexible composite pipe consists of a plurality of pipes which employ a flexible pipe material such as soft copper pipe and polyethylene pipe with a heat insulating coating layer such as a foamed plastic layer provided and further on the outmost layer with a plastic resin coating layer provided.
