<p>Labeled DNA molecules are provided which can be used as highly sensitive molecular probes for the detection of specific RNA or DNA molecules. These DNA probes comprise hybridizable oligonucleotides complementary to the specific RNA or DNA molecules which are covalently coupled through their 5' hydroxyl groups to novel labeling arrays. These arrays contain branched networks bearing terminal reporter groups which can be detected by direct or indirect means.</p> |
