<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a pump of small size and light weight able to perform smooth action by slidably fitting fan-shaped vane plates (piston), whose center is connected by a hinge, to a hole of a groove radially provided from the center respectively of a pair of rotating split balls. CONSTITUTION:A pair of split balls 4, 5 having a drive shaft 6 and a driven shaft 7, are rotatably housed in two-split spherical vessels 1, 2, being mutually swivelably connected through a small ball 3 arranged in the center of the vessels 1, 2. The drive shaft 6 and the driven shaft 7 are arranged in a manner wherein their axial line cross at a predetermined angle. While connecting both the split balls 4, 5 by fan-shaped vane plates 7, 9 connecting their center by a hinge, each vane plate 8, 9 inscribes its upper surface to the vessels 1, 2 and circumscribes the bottom surface to the small ball 3. Further for preventing the vane plates 8, 9 from deflecting, a center hinge pin 10 is extended being fitted to a small piece 11 slide rotating in a groove of the small ball 3.</p> |
