PURPOSE:To obtain the titled wax having excellent sliding properties, mechanical strength and coating properties to article surface and capable of simply forming sliding face as well as preventing surface tackiness and scattering of lubricant, by molding a fluorine resin powder and nonvolatile binder under pressure. CONSTITUTION:The aimed wax obtained by subjecting a nonvolatile binder (preferably of about 2-5%) consisting of (A) fluorine resin powder, most suitably consisting of low mol.wt. tetrafluoroethylene resin powder having about 100,000mol.wt. and (B) nonvolatile binder, preferably consisting of fluorine based binder such as telomer of trifluorochloroethylene or perfluoropolyether to compression molding normally at 200-500kg/cm<2> and ordinary temperature for several ten sec several min. |
