<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the management of display data of every one picture element by providing two thin film transistors for one picture element and connecting different source lines and gate lines to them and providing a specific delay means. CONSTITUTION:This film TRs A1 and B2 are provided, and source lines 9 and 10 and gate lines 11 and 12 are connected to the respective thin film TRs A1 and B2. A delay means 16 is provided between a first video line 14 and a second video line 15. The same data as that of the first video line is written in a picture element electrode 13 from the second video line 15, where data is delayed by one horizontal period, through the second source line 10 by the delay means 16. Since accurate data is written by one thin film TR even if the other cannot be operated because of a defect, the management of data for every one picture element is facilitated.</p> |
