PURPOSE:To enhance levitation force by constituting one magnetic flux generating device with a ferromagnetic core material and the surrounding superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A core material 1 of Fe-system permanent magnet is used as a magnetic flux generating device, plural wires which enclose the outside using a superconductive material 2 consisting of an oxide with a composition expression of YBa2Cu3O9-delta and a sintered object of oxide superconductor 2 of disc-like YBa2Cu3O9-delta is used as a plate-like superconductor 3. Since it is not possible to pass through a superconductor enclosed by magnetic flux within the ferromagentic core material according to this approach, no curving within the core will not occur and it occurs from the edge face of core material which was opened. As a result, the levitated plate-like superconductor approaches the edge face of this open core material and the magnetic flux density becomes extremely large and the force applied to the plate-like superconductor becomes larger limitlessly. |
