PURPOSE:To shorten the time for operations by making electrode columns all by welding. CONSTITUTION:Iron strips in a specified number are arranged parallelly by equipping each of them with gaps 12, 12', 12'' for insertion of electrode plate tab, and a horizontal part 13 is formed. The iron strips shall intersect this horizontal part 13 in its middle in right angle, and a vertical plate 14 is fastened by welding 15 to form a strap 16. Then an electrode column body 17 is mounted by welding. Accordingly an electrode column is all fabricated by welding, which greatly shortens the operations, reduces working hours and suppresses cost. |
