<p>PURPOSE:To enable a treatment to be carried out in a stable temperature range and enhance the quality of a liquid to be treated, by carrying out a heat treatment by hot water fed from a hot water tank (B) in which it is stored in advance, at the time of starting an operation, and carrying out a normal operation using a circulating line extended from a hot water tank (A) through switching a three-way valve when a temperature close to a set temperature is obtained. CONSTITUTION:Hot water tanks 3 and 10 are provided in connection with each other through a three-way valve so as to enable an overflow of hot water from the tank 3 to the tank 10 through an ON/OFF valve. In a stand-by condition for an operation, a circulating line is formed which extends from the hot water tank 3 through the ON-OFF valve 11, the hot water tank 10, a circulating pump 4, a heat exchanger 1 and an in-line heater 5 back to the tank 3, and the temperature of hot water is controlled by a temperature indicating and controlling alarm meter 14. When a liquid 2 to be treated is started flowing, three-way valves 8, 9 are switched to perform a heat treatment by using hot water fed from the tank 10. When the hot water fed out from the heat exchanger 1 has a temperature in a temperature range for a normal operation, a control valve 7 is automatically opened to a set opening. The valves 8, 9 are switched to circulate hot water from the tank 3 through the pump 4, the heat exchanger 1 and the in-line heater 5 back to the tank 3. An additional amount of hot water due to water vapor drain fed into the in-line heater 5 is received by the tank 10 by opening the ON-OFF valve 11.</p> |
