PURPOSE:To facilitate the welding of a narrow place without causing the falling of a covering material by specifying the Vickers hardness of a steel core wire in a covered electrode. CONSTITUTION:The steel core wire of which Vickers hardness HV is 100-170 is used as the steel core wire of a covered electrode. Due to a narrow place or dead angled place being usable by bending an electrode without any falling of a covering material welding can be executed extremely easily. |
