PURPOSE:To recover peeled pieces before falling and dissolving and to make the effective use of said pieces by supplying a peeling liquid and the peeled pieces as a liquid mixture via a guide plate onto a mesh belt and allowing the peeling liquid to fall by gravity onto a plate for preventing the fall of the peeled pieces. CONSTITUTION:The peeling liquid contg. the peeled pieces of a dry film is allowed to flow down in an arrow 9 direction on the bottom plate 1 of the device for separating and recovering the peeled pieces along the grade thereof and is supplied onto the mesh belt 3 via the guide plate 2 disposed to the end of the bottom plate 1. The peeling liquid is separated in this place and is allowed to fall by gravity onto the plate 5 for preventing the fall of the peeled pieces disposed in the lower part. The peeling liquid is then recovered through the bottom plate 6 into a tank 10. Further, the sepn. of the peeling liquid is accelerated by adjusting the gradient of the mesh belt 3 by an intermediate roll 1. The peeled pieces on the mesh belt 3 are blown off by an air knife 4 in the position beyond a roll 8 and are recovered into a cage 7 disposed in the lower part. The peeled pieces are recovered in a solid state of not dropping and dissolving the same into the peeling liquid. The effective use of the peeled pieces together with the peeling liquid is thus attained. |
