摘要 PURPOSE:To keep a magnetic levitation body being levitated at the specified position by providing a control means with a circuit to detect the limiting position of the movable range of a magnetic levitation body and a compensation circuit to correct the target levitation position of the magnetic levitation body based on the value resulted from the operation of the central levitation position from the limiting position. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is kept to be levitated with the specified exciting electric current. A power amplification circuit 13 adjusts the exciting current of electromagnets 2a and 2b by the command from an off-set gain adjusting circuit 12 through the command from an operation circuit 14 to move the rotor 1 to the side of the electromagnets little by little for determining the positions A and B where the rotor 1 is brought into contact with the electromagnets 2a and 2b based on the exciting current value and the detected value from a position detection circuit 10. In addition, the circuit 14 determines the center position C of the above mentioned positions A and B which is the possible limiting value of the rotor 1 by calculation and outputs to the circuit 12 to adjust off-setting so that the rotor 1 may be kept being levitated. After that, the rotor 1 is rotated keeping itself levitated at the position of target value C.
