PURPOSE:To obtain a particle form structure layer in which particle units are combined together to form a firm structure, by a method wherein reactive groups among particle units react to each other via low-molecular compound at a combination part of the particle units to form a three-dimentional grating. CONSTITUTION:An analyzing element has a particle combination substance being of a non-swelling three-dimentional grating having a mutual connecting gap in a gap rate of 25-85% at one end of a liquid-nonpenetrating and light- transmitting supporter. The particle combination substance 1 is constituted such that thermal steady organic high-molecular polymer particles 2, which measures 1-350mu, having a reactive group, are checmically combined with each other at a combination part with a reaction group via a low-molecular compound. A resultant mutual connecting gap structure 4 is prevented from being blocked with a large amount of a high-molcular weight material being dissolved and dispersed in a sample. Additionally, the structure has a sufficient strength to hold an outer shape and structure against a physical external force. |
