REMOVING MACHINE FOR ASBESTOS

PURPOSE:To remove the asbestos blown to the groove type deck plate of a ceiling efficiently and mechanically by providing a head part equipped with the rotary cutter planting hard brushes on the rotary body in uneven shape corresponding to the sectional shape of the asbestos. CONSTITUTION:In case of removing an asbestos blown to the groove type deck plate 2 of a ceiling 1, an asbestos removing device 4 is first positioned by the traveling of a traveling truck 5 and the rotary brush of a head part is set to the groove 2a of the deckplate 2 by the slide actuator, lift actuator and turn actuator of an asbestos removing device 4. Then, the rotary brush is moved along the groove 2a of the deckplate 2 by the traveling of the traveling truck 5 with rotating it at high speed in the state of making the oscillation of the head part 11 free. As a result, the asbestos 3 blown to the groove type deckplate 2 is removed and stored in the vinyl bag inside a drum can by passing the inner hood.
