PURPOSE: To attain the expansion and performance improvement of an existent service system by sending one part of plural kinds of client transaction information recorded in a host to the data terminal of an operator in active state corresponding to a trunk line interface means. CONSTITUTION: When the operator finishes business with a client, presses a telephone repetition cancel key on a keyboard 12a6 and sends a repetition cancel signal to a system controller 11, a command for canceling the connection between a telephone 12a1 and a trunk line T1 is outputted to a cross point switch 13. Afterwards, the next telephone number is sent and it is ordered a repetition interface unit 10a to grasp the trunk line T1 and to dial the next telephone number. When the operator completely registers the new data of the client and presses a terminal cancel key on the keyboard 12a6, it is informed of the system controller 11, and the next client is connected to the telephone 12a1 by the cross point switch 13. |
