PURPOSE:To always hold a molding part under high vacuum and to suppress the generation of voids in a cast insulating material without generating the clogging of a porous material in a resin injection process by providing a predetermined filling sensor and a change-over mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Before the liquid level of an epoxy resin 18 reaches the level of a filling sensor 23, a control apparatus 29 sends a lowering signal to a cylinder 28 and a vacuum drawing nozzle 26 is present at a falling position. Therefore, when vacuum drawing is performed from vacuum piping 6 in this state, both spaces 7, 2 are simultaneously evacuated and the pressures of both ends of a porous metal rigid body 4 become equal and no load is applied to said rigid body 4. When the liquid level of the epoxy resin 8 reaches the level of the filling sensor 23, the light detecting part 25 thereof outputs a signal to the control apparatus 26 on the basis of a change in the quantity of receiving light thereof. The control apparatus 29 receives said signal to send a rising signal to the cylinder 28 and the vacuum drawing nozzle 26 rises to a rising position. By this method, difference is generated between the pressures of both ends of the porous metal rigid body 4 to enter an original operative state. |
