摘要 By means of vacuum or pressure liq. is conveyed through the rise pipe (2) from the instantaneous liq. level in the container (1). The time difference during the movement process or the pressure difference between threshold switches (3, 4) is measured. From this, the level and/or the density of the liq. is derived. Alternatively a vacuum pressure is produced in the pipe via a throttle valve (7). Simultaneously, a base valve is closed. The time taken to obtain a preset pressure value is measured and used to derive. the liq. level. A float with a magnet in the pipe can be made to move past an electrically insulated coil as liq. is drawn up. The electrical impulse generated is used to register the level in an electrical circuit. ADVANTAGE - Almost universal application. Changes in liq. qualities such as viscosity energy absorption, density, level have no effect on measurement result.
